Analysis of Human Resources Development Strategy in Increasing Employee Productivity at PMKS PT. Pandawa's Ray

<p>Achievement of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) production at POM PT. Sinar Pandawa which exceeded the target was not in line with absenteeism rate for last three years, so it can be assumed that from employee productivity. Therefore, work productivity still needs to improved. This study aims determine human resource development strategy carried out by increasing its employees. The research method used is a qualitative approach descriptive analysis, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. results showed implementation increase implement management functions, namely planning, organizing, supervising, controlling all activities departments there recruiting resources, selecting, placing, grouping employees, training, performance appraisal, as well supervising company attendance, various forms appreciation creating safe comfortable ecosystem providing relevant facilities. uses training way employees.</p>
